Out of Hours Service
KBM has a dedicated control room where all out of hours phone calls/emails are picked up by our instant response team. Depending on the urgency level, we aim to have our contractor attend within an hour of being notified of the problem.

We will provide full coverage, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. There is a one off cost for our team to be on call and there is no limit to how many properties can be on your portfolio.

Lettings Management
Landlords can be assured of a totally comprehensive management service tailored to their own portfolio, helping them protect their investment and providing the necessary local service that they need.
Service is very much the key to our success, including fast communication with landlords and tenants as a priority. Unlike many other local lettings agencies, we have our own in-house Property Manager who leads a property management team of inspection clerks and contractors who are responsible for the inspections and safe guarding our landlord’s investments. Ensuring the properties are well looked after and maintained.
